Begin by flossing between your teeth, curving the floss around each tooth to clean gently just below the gumline. Carefully remove the floss above the gumline, then repeat the process for the adjacent tooth.
Following flossing, brush your teeth thoroughly with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Next, use an oral irrigator to clean the spaces between your teeth, which are prone to decay. Finally, rinse with mouthwash. After using the mouthwash, refrain from eating or drinking for 10 minutes to ensure maximum effectiveness.
